Lawn aeration involves perforating the soil on your lawn with small holes which alleviate soil compaction and allows water, air, and nutrients to get down deep to the roots of the grass. We recommend aeration service twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

After aeration, the lawn is prepared for overseeding. RLS will select the seed for the site conditions. Customers are responsible for watering the lawn twice a day in the morning and late afternoon for 15 min. each section for a minimum of five weeks as grass germinates.

*Pricing varies based on sq. footage, seed type and needs. For example, Bermuda seed is more costly than Fescue. Bare ground or extensive balding requires more seed cover than established or thinning areas. Seeding is not guaranteed since watering is outside of RLS control. Customers MUST NOT apply weed control products to the lawn within three weeks of seeding and until well after the seeding is established.
